1) Add equal amounts of water and brown sugar in an empty pot. 2) Add the Capuli Sachet or the Capuli Share it Pack depending on the amount desired. 3) Bring it to boil for 5 minutes. 4) Once the simple syrup is cold remove particles with a strainer. 5)Store covered and cold, use it to mix with your favorite cocktails 6)Garnish ideas : orange peel, lemon peel, ginger nibs, cocoa nibs.... 7) Get creative and share your recipes with the rest of the community!
How to Make a Capuli Spirit Infusion
1) Place the Capuli Sachet in a 16 oz Mason Jar 2) Fill it out with the appropriate liqueur. - N1, N2, UNWIND and Melon dew for Vodka - Bourbon or Tequila for the Cacao Spice Blend. 3) Cap the mason jar, give it a good shake and leave it to rest and combine in a cool, dry and dark place for 2-5 days depending on your taste. 4) When you have determined that is is ready, sleeve the mixture through a strainer or cheesecloth to remove as many particles as possible. Your are aiming for a crystal clear result. 5) Store it in another clean mason jar, if you can't get it to be completely neat and free of particles store it in the refrigerator for best results. 6)Continue experimenting with our simple syrup blends, the process will always be much simpler with our blends than with fresh fruits.
